Brief about NESTEA New Line Boba Tea

This was a group project that was very interesting to us, we were told to choose a brand then invent a new product then do a full campaign for it to enter the Egyptian market. It was very smooth assignment, and we had many feedback sessions and very helpful teaching team that we were thankful to have. However, it contained certain challenging factors, it was very hard at the beginning to reach a good product that will fit properly at the Egyptian market although having competitors and threatens at the Egyptian environment, so it was challenging to reach a certain satisfying product at first and then find the proper sources, where finding sources became challenging as tit was anew product yet we made it through and had a very good grade, also through the presentation it was challenging to stick to the timing of it, as the project was very big for its timing and for its word count, what made it difficult to coordinate the project with my colleagues. Yet, I have found myself very open minded and excited to try new products and to think about having my own new business and product, where I became aware fully of the process of choosing new product and making a new advertising campaign for it, and how to manage it from a managerial level of thinking. This project was very innovative and creative, and we were happily creating it and excited to start our own new product one day because of this assignment.
